New Tenant Moving In

This step is our pre-approval step during which we determine your applicant's affordability, credibility and character. As soon as your applicant passes the pre-approval process, you will proceed to step 2.
Cover Activation
This is the step after your applicant has been approved in step 1. During this step you will provide us with all necessary documentation to issue the policy.
Current Tenant Lease Renewal/Amendments

This is a 1 step process during which you upload the renewed or amended lease agreement. To complete this step you will need the relevant policy number. (Your policy number reflects in the subject line of the monthly policy schedule you receive per email)
Update Current Owners Details
This is a 1 step process in which you upload your personal information needed to update your policy.
